Valerie Romano
Executive Director
Valerie has been in the industry for 15 years in long term care and 2 years with Kaplan Development.
She enjoys spending time wth her nieces and nephews. Dog mom to a hound dog girl, Pepper Jean. She enjoys spending time working on her house with her Husband. Avid Shopper and love to wear high heels!
Dana McLaughlin RN
Resident Care Director
Dana brings three years of industry experience and is passionate about building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and her colleagues. An Army Veteran, Dana values teamwork, service, and community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, traveling, listening to country music, and, most importantly, being a mom! Dana especially loves mountain getaways in New Hampshire with her husband and all her children.
Audra Lauf
Director of Community Relations
Audra has 33 years experience in senior living and over 3 years with Kaplan Development. Her roots in senior living are in social services with a Bachelor’s of science in social work and a minor in psychology, she is a certified Dementia practitioner, and CT certified Therapeutic Recreation Director. Audra has welcomed every resident at Enfield home. She is a total girl mom and is a proud mama to Michaela and Alexandra. In her spare time Audra enjoys spending time with her family especially her daughters and her mom. Audra has 3 best friends who are like her sisters and enjoys traveling with them. She also Enjoys meditation, Crystal work, shopping, live local music, and time with her dog Vinny.
